Ok I’m getting pretty sick of this nonsense.
First your department ignores my emails, then you don’t answer calls, so I return the product in frustration and then you tell me credits are behind because of a backlog and then two weeks later you tell me my parcel wasn’t actually delivered. Well it was!!
I have returned the products, on the form required, to the address provided as per below. Please refund my purchase price asap. I have attached proof of delivery
Please don’t put me to the trouble of having to find a signature because of your department’s inefficiency, I have suffered enough already!
