I ordered photo prints but received poster quality.. they were full of finger prints and wrinkles.

We are sorry to read that this was not entirely as expected.
I see that you have posted several things including photo enlargements. These are larger images on photo paper. It should correct and receive.
I understand that this has not been the case and of course we are happy to resolve that.
