They call me to change contract from Essent, because they are so much cheaper. Only to find out they locked me into something that was no good for me. I made this clear on the phone, was assured everything was fine. 6 months later. Nope. 400 euro fine plus paying the fine of my previous energy company that I had to switch out of to be an Engie customer. What a bunch of crap.
