Really dumb customer service. I asked for a mengkraan she is showing me normal kraan and telling me this is mengkraan till i asked her to double check and guess what, answer changes to: all fonteinkranen are mostly cold water and mengkraan are difficult to find. Duh!!!!

Thank you for your review. How hugely annoying that you experienced this the way you did. Our saleswoman spoke to you on the chat and also on the phone. Probably this will all have been a big miscommunication. It is indeed the case that a fountain tap only delivers cold water, we do not have a mixer tap for this in the assortment.
