Our travel plans were delayed and I phoned the branch at 17h42 and informed the male person that answered the phone that we are on our way and that we should be there by 6pm, but in case we are a minute or two late whether they can wait for us. The person was not friendly at all and simply replied no, he has been working since 7am and he will not wait. I advised that we'll do our best to be there before 6pm. We arrived at the branch at 17h59 via taxi only to find the doors already closed and nobody there.
