I am afraid there are some issues shipping order internationally due to strikes at multiple airports in Europe. I see that your order arrived in the UK two days ago so it should be with you within the week if it is cleared quickly by UK customs. Next time you have issues with shipping please feel free to send us an email instead. That way we can help you a lot better/quicker.

Average, deliteas delayed a bit, also paid £10 for delivery which is almost half my order value, I wish it was cheaper. Used the product once seems okay, will be able to give a more accurate comment...
