Hello Peter, thank you for your feedback. I find it unfortunate that you did not receive your order yet. I agree it has been over one week and it should have arrived by now. I am afraid there are some issues shipping order internationally due to strikes at multiple airports in Europe. I see that your order arrived in the UK two days ago so it should be with you within the week if it is cleared quickly by UK customs.
