Randy sent us an eviction letter the day after our baby was born (he knew I was pregnant). 2. Randy will not answer your questions by rudely telling you that your house is not collapsing. As soon as we moved in, it turned out that the pipes in the shower were poorly installed and we flooded the neighbors, our floors and walls were also wet. Randy came 1 time, said the shower can be used. The neighbors were so tired of this problem that they themselves called the master who fixed everything. Randy did not compensate them for these expenses, saying that the insurance company should do this (the case was not insurance). 3. Most importantly, the apartment we rented (Helpman) had terrible insulation + was affected by flooding, as a result we suffered from mold in all rooms. Randy never came and checked it out. We told him that I was pregnant, that we had another small child, that we threw away the clothes and the crib (one of the attached photos just shows the wall behind the crib!) because they were moldy. To this, Randy said that we do not open windows (which is a complete lie). 4. As a result, after the inspection, Randy withdrew 302 euros from our deposit for a special anti-mold paint! We could not stand such an attitude towards ourselves and turned to Steunpunt, where they explained to us that the company's actions were illegal and helped to return this money. 5. The cost of rent from this company is very high. All the specialists we contacted told it. 6. The company deleted its account from last year, where there were similar negative reviews. 7. This company cannot be trusted for anything. Stay away from it. You will be able to find housing without problems from other decent brokers.
