I contacted Rotterdam Apartments for a short stay (about 1 month), and did so rather late (1 week before my stay had to begin). I found that the person who I was in contact with (Larissa) did... I contacted Rotterdam Apartments for a short stay (about 1 month), and did so rather late (1 week before my stay had to begin). I found that the person who I was in contact with (Larissa) did everything she could to find me a good place within my budget, and while I did manage to find something else, should I not have found it I would have probably taken the offer. To all in all, I was very satisfied with your service, and wouldn't hesitate to contact you again if I ever need an apartment in Rotterdam again.

The only thing I can think of is that you should make it clear that there are some extra fees that have to be paid besides the rent (which the reason why I couldn't afford the apartment that was... I find it very costly to engage with Rotterdam Apartments. Not only should I pay a lot of money to Rotterdam Apartments, so did the main tenant. In my opinion, approx. € 1,000 in total is too much -... I find it very costly to engage with Rotterdam Apartments. Woningen op de website zijn niet per definitie beschikbaar. Ik werd uitgenodigd om woningen te gaan bekijken en ging er vanuit dat dit het lijstje woningen van de website zou zijn dat ik had... Ik werd uitgenodigd om woningen te gaan bekijken en ging er vanuit dat dit het lijstje woningen van de website zou zijn dat ik had doorgestuurd. Ik vond het even verwarrend toen dit niet het geval bleek te zijn. Van de woningen die mij toen getoond zijn heb ik er wel één gekozen, dus achteraf was het wel effectief.
