Only had a month and it’s not working properly as excessive steam coming out . Tap ( brass ) is all spotty and looks awful Engineer coming next week but it was frustrating trying to contact anyone and eventually phoned but waited on phone for over half hour ! Very helpful man once I could talk to a real person
Everything I thought it would be excellent
It is a perfect system for the kitchen instant hot water is brilliant to have at all times
Always would recommend Quooker products.
getting answers to a fault seems to be a problem.. love the principal of the device but ours makes a loud knocking on filtered and sparkling and we've had no luck in getting either the Agents or fitting plumber to pay attention and sort it out. We'll keep trying.
Instant hot water when you need it
It drips often - then you have to flush it through - to get rid of airlocks which wastes water
Our friends have a Quooker tap and they would always say how easy and convenient it was !. So kitchen re vamp for us we decided to try one within days we were telling family and other friends how amazing our tap was ( we dont have a very exciting life Lol ) So easy to use no more ugly kettle and cheaper to use. We needed to contact service as tap kept dripping from pull out hose , Booked online date and time confirmed quickly, our engineer arrived early after phone call to confirm it was ok took him about 15 minutes to repair a pinched washer clear up a dissappear, Amazing service thank you 😊 I would highly recommend Quooker as a product and company

I could not be without it now, so easy and convenient to use, hot water literally on tap. What's not to like.
The after care service is appalling. There’s no easy way to contact anybody. The Manchester telephone number gives you an option to talk to servicing… but nobody ever answers it! The dialling tone for that extension is continental. The website has a link that should allow you to send an email but clicking on this only opens up another google tab instead of a message template! Our Quooker tap needed two new tanks within a month of each other & we’ve only had the tap for one year!! This is a concern about any future repairs after the 2 year warranty expires!
We love our tap but the delivery of parts has been dreadful. For such a quality, premium product we expected far better when we needed help. I’m still waiting for a part now.
