Also useful for filling a pan with water for cooking. Company has been very responsive when I have asked for support following an upgrade to their system which improved how often you needed a new filter but did require a new piece of kit.

I have had the tap for 3 years and have 2 adults in the house.Needed a service which cost £260 so cannot justify the purchase and would not recommend the product

It’s far too difficult to order replacement parts. The website is ridiculous and forced me to waste 45 minutes creating accounts and passwords and refuses to allow you to order more than 1... Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life! First it took more than a month to get the appointment into the calendar. They gave a pretty big time span when they would be there, they... Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life! First it took more than a month to get the appointment into the calendar. They gave a pretty big time span when they would be there, they didn't show up and they didn't give any reason for why not. Later I heard they came after the timeslot hoping we were still at home. When I asked for a new time asap as they missed the first time they offered one 3 weeks later, not considering that they were the reason for the rescheduling as they did not show up. I have emailed them several times without any answer whatsoever. If I would not know better I would have thought this company is a scam.
