A good quality product that is a real bonus in the kitchen.

Brilliant product. I have had a Quooker boiling water filter tap for over 2 years now. It's great - so easy to use and provides an excellent supply of boiling water when required. Much better than having to keep boiling a kettle. The filter cartridges are straightforward to fit and last a long time. The icing on the cake is that it looks stylish in my new kitchen.

To get any help from your system is poor! I tried to call your help line countless times with no success! I purchased my system through Howdens, I needed installation help so was sent a copied set of installation instructions . My kitchen fitter managed to get some help I was sent a URL video , I spent a lot of time painstakingly following the video, after several attempts I managed to get it working . I was then Sent a date for an engineer to attend . I revoked this as it was a new unit and wasn’t repaired to pay any more! Had I realised you actually fit them for free I would have purchased through you directly! This whole saga took around 2 weeks to resolve thanks to delays In your response via phone or e mail ! I have had the unit for around a month now and it was only a couple of days ago I realised that to use the filtered water option I had to depress the knurled nut once ! When you are having a kitchen replaced you need support, I wasn’t given it ! Not an experience I would care to repeat so can’t recommend your product!

The tap has been fine, but customer service terrible. The boiling water function stopped working. The only option was to buy a new tap at £310 plus £125 fitting.I knew what the problem was but you couldn’t send me the part to fix the problem. I bought the spare part (magnet ) for 40p and fixed the problem myself Very disappointed, sorry

Delighted with having instant boiling hot water rather than having to wait on a kettle boiling. Safety feature to enable boiling hot water very effective.

I never recommend any service or product

Great product, very convenient. Has a slight splashing onto the hands when using, which can be a bit sore. Also, it was not obvious when the retractable hose was not correctly seated that it didn't work. Could do with a link to this on the troubleshooting page.
