Overall the experience was very good - the only reason it was 4 stars and not 5 is because there were some internal changes which meant my case didn't receive much attention while it was reassigned, causing a few weeks delay. However, I have no complaints at all about the service, communication and the quality of advice and support I was given, all of which were excellent. Especially as I'm not a native Dutch speaker, the help I received was very valuable and I'm grateful for the guidance. Many thanks!
