My friend and me ordered same steam bath products from Xenz in 2019. Xenz helped my friend to adjust some power setup after initial installation. When I contacted them requesting the same service, they denied my request and shared that my friend's case is special. This is not fair for us as customers, Xenz treated two customers with the exactly same product and requests differently.
