Extremely rude and impolite people.
Literally, the woman on the phone said "this is The Netherlands" so I needed to speak Dutch.
I am not a psychologist, so I can not help her with her issues, and I hired someone else that is also from The Netherlands but polite and educated.
Avoid this place, no need to hire rude people when others can offer a friendly and educated service.
