The fitting mechanism does not carry the weight/tension of the curtains.
Their employee has measured and reassured it would work.
When it didn’t customer service said there is nothing they can do. Pay us to get another model or sit with 600€ burning a hole in your pocket.
Seriously we decided that we will spend the money and get something nice. This is so disappointing.
The least they can do is sent someone to fix this abysmal fitters. They are 2mm wide and screw for 3mm of course they cannot hold a big blind. But then why lie to us to begin with?
