The intake was good and I was informed of the procedure. The procedure was also handled quite professionally and smooth. The recovery was very difficult and I did not feel well informed enough of what was expected so had to reach out a few times. My stitches were not fully removed the first time so I had to self remove on holiday and come back after vacation due to irritation. My follow up meeting was miscommunication 3 times which caused a lot of confusion due to a new system. All in all, I am happy with the result but would not recommend the clinic due to the reasons provided.
