It was a good process from initial request to the final day.
The 1 thing missed, was the course was requested in English but the trainer wasn't aware and document he had was in Dutch.
We already received documents prior to the training in English hence this did not cause much of an issue, but a feedback for future co ordination with the team and there was some additional info on Trainer's slide which was missed.

The trainer, experience of the trainer, the hands on knowledge & experience shared and flexibility to accommodate the needs of the team participating. The 2 way communication from the trainer to check on our knowledge and understanding.
