I made an order quiet fast because i was in pain and needed that product and right after I saw one more product that I also needed and I send an email immediately asking to change my order and add the second product that I needed. In that case I wouldn't have to pay also delivery fee because the amount was higher. Someone replied to me the next day telling me that they can't just add the second product but they can cancel that order, refund my money and I can order again the products I needed. I replied immediately to agree and confirm to cancel my order so I did the second order right after without waiting to refund my money. The next day I received another email telling me that my first order is ready to despatch. I call several times without any luck Someone to answer so I send again an email telling them that I have already confirmed the cancelation of the first order, that's why I made the second order immediately. They replied to me after 2 days telling me that the package is already out for delivery and I should just not pick it up so it will return to the store. But the delivery came and just left the box outside of my door without any warning. So I contacted again the store and they send me a link to return the package and I had to pay again the delivery fee. So I paid 2 times delivery fee for your mistake. After all, they refund me only the money of the product without the 2 times delivery fee. So no, the costumers service was not good at all and I will not recommend you to anyone.
