My phone broke late at night. I made an appointment immediately the next day. They emailed me exactly at 10:00 to let me know that they need to order the part, I went in store to talk with them. They confirmed that the phone will be fixed the next day. Fast forward to the next day and I am picking it up fully repaired at the end of the day. Super happy with it
