Bad communication about prices. The assistant didn't know the exact repair prices and wasn't clear & concise. It was a young gentleman and his colleagues had to speak for him to specify the prices. Also, in the end he didn't say the correct amount that I was supposed to pay.
I was expecting 39,- € for a cable replacement, but then when I came after the repair he said 75,-€. Not that I had a problem with paying more money, it just wasn't specified when I left the phone to be repaired. It might have been a miscommunication issue because we spoke between English and Dutch. But even then, the assistant should have been clear about and the final repair price.
