Last week I brought my phone into The Phone Lab Studio on Beethovenstraat where it was repaired and returned to me. A few days later, I encountered some more trouble and went back to them, somewhat frustrated. I was wonderfully surprised at how approachable, warm and helpful the team was towards me even though the trouble with my phone was my own fault. It's a pleasure to speak to a Technical Specialist who is clear, calm and considerate, despite a customer in panic. They have excellent customer service and I would recommend it to anyone in a state of phone-distress: quick fix times, guaranteed warranty and a pretty solid team.
