Agreed per e-mail to come by on a set day (as the part needed to be sent from a different branch). Arrived as agreed, but the part was not sent to the shop as agreed. Had to wait 2 hours to get the screen replaced, also it was the wrong colour of the screen so my phone is now half blue and half black (I did not specify the colour of my phone over e-mail but neither was I asked). €300 could have been discounted in my book. But I should mention last time I was there everything went perfect. The grading (3 stars) is based on this particular experience.
