The end product has a good quality, and the job was completed quickly. However, I would appreciate more concise information on which techniques/which material is used. I needed to know exactly which paper is used, and when I called I was told that this information was not available at all, and that there was no way to check. When I sent an email, I received an answer within one day stating the kind of paper used (not just the thickness, but the actual manufacturer's code). Of course this information is available, and it was provided promptly. Please inform your employees for further similar inquiries.
