Horrendous. Sent an A4 poster instead of an A1. They initially relied quickly and, after seeing a photo of what I was sent, agreed a mistake was made BUT when I asked for a refund I've never had a reply. Ended up paying three times the cost elsewhere to make sure the poster was ready for the conference. Wouldn't recommend.
