Reserved a Stationwagon online, simple and easy experience. In store a value was reserved in my credit card (through a PIN authorization). The car was very good, clean and in good state. The very minor scratches and bumps were all filled in by the staff in the rental form. After usage, I returned the car, which was inspected (briefly), my credit card reservation was cancelled and I paid by bank card.
