I work for a research company. Rule number one when making a questionnaire: avoid open questions. Users don't like to answer them, and they are difficult to analyse quantitatively. If you must include an open question, I will strongly recommend to place it at the end of the questionnaire.
However: my experience so far is good. I was looking for a specific wine and couldn't find it anywhere else. The price is good and the delivery (taking into account that is was transported from Spain) was fast and smooth. I ordered another box immediately after I received the first.
