Ordered Verano V280 Ipanema.
Order was smooth and customer service was very helpful with providing advice and information.
The V280 was delivered as promised on time,
Then the saga started. The support brackets were missing. I called and was promised to receive them within 3 days.
7 days later and several emails nothing came. TNT was to blame. I accepted ( corona time) Few more days passed , no response to may emails..Finally managed to talk customer service.
They promised to look into it. No response. Called them again ( corona- issues ware to blame..) . Finally a trace number for the package was sent to me ( this time DPD)
Today miracle happened- I got the package .
Surprise, surprise- the support brackets were NOT there! Tehre were montage bouts that I have not even ordered! How difficult is to get this right guys??
Disappointing.
