Ive now been in conversation with both the delivery and snowboards cutomer service, while dpd netherland was not helpfull whatsoever, the snowboard custommer service where nice and on the case quick, the solution they came with when one of the packages was missing was to cancel that one and refund me still sending the other.... the snowboard shoes and binding have to be paired to work? What am i suposed to do with one of them? Why is it sent seperatly at all. There was also only after the estimated and alocated time that this happened, where i had to contact them.

Unfortunately, as explained, one of the packages was lost during delivery. Since the item was no longer in stock, we were unable to send a replacement and had to proceed with a refund for the missing product. We understand that receiving only part of your order is far from ideal, and we sincerely regret this outcome.
Please know that your feedback regarding the separate shipment and the communication timing has been noted. We are continuously working to improve both our logistics and customer experience to prevent situations like this in the future.
