I had a very frustrating experience. The listed snowboard was 168W, but after placing the order, it turned out the board was actually 165W. Apparently, someone made a mistake when entering the product details.
What’s worse, no one informed me about this at all. I only found out after I reached out myself some time later. Then i was that the 168W version isn’t even produced anymore.
Because of the delay and lack of communication, I ended up in a really bad situation, I couldn’t order from another store in time before my snowboard trip. Wasn’t offertoriów any compensation, discount, or even a proper apology.
Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

After your message, we responded within 20 minutes and immediately worked with you to find a suitable solution. We offered you an alternative and shipped it the same day to assist you as quickly as possible.
We fully understand that this situation was frustrating, especially with your upcoming snowboard trip. At the same time, we do not recognize the description of “poor customer service,” as we responded promptly, were transparent about the mistake, and did our best to resolve the issue together with you.
