It's been almost two weeks since I placed and paid my order, and I still haven't received any tracking information. I haven't got any response to my emails, Instagram DM, or calls. I’ve also tried using the online chat option, only to get ‚seen‘ and no response either. I don’t understand how it’s possible not to inform your customers about the status of their order for such a long period of time. It’s highly unprofessional.
Can you please let me know if my winter gear will be shipped any soon? I don’t want the order to be cancelled and refunded, as I had to pay for it in a different currency and I genuinely want the item… :(
