I placed my order two weeks ago and have not received any response despite multiple attempts to contact them. I’ve tried all available channels. email, chat, and the contact form, without success. Two weeks is already a reasonable amount of time to wait. With the Christmas holidays starting next week and a planned trip coming up, it’s unlikely the board will arrive in time. At this point, I’ll need to look for an alternative solution
