The service doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of customer support. Communication through their system is extremely slow, and when responses finally come, they are unhelpful and clearly not solution-oriented. The staff seem unqualified to handle even straightforward issues.
If a product is under warranty and reported as malfunctioning, it should not require sending countless emails just to get attention. I had to repeatedly follow up and chase for assistance, yet no real help was ever provided.
Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The combination of poor communication, lack of accountability, and low-quality products makes this one of the most unprofessional services I have ever dealt with.
