I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this company.

First, the radiators I bought from them (order number #451337) have a serious defect—they overheat dangerously, burning through a towel and creating a fire and safety hazard. Even after I sent clear photos and videos, the company refused to act quickly, saying I had to wait for their supplier’s response. This is unacceptable for such a dangerous issue. I can’t use the radiators, but I’m forced to keep them at home, worried my children might accidentally turn them on.

Second, I previously purchased an expensive Clou bathroom sink (order number 483148) from them, which arrived with the brand logo printed upside down. It looks terrible and gives the impression of a counterfeit product. I reported this issue at the middle of December, and the company has still not responded or taken any action.

This company’s lack of responsibility and poor customer service are shocking. I do not recommend them to anyone.
