Ordered a product on 24/8 with expected delivery on 27/8. Didn’t get product or delivery information on 27/8. Followed up with customer service on 30/8 who said it may be delivered by 2/9. Still no information on 5/9, Emailed again only to be told item was delivered already on 27/8 to a neighbour. Total breakdown of communication as delivery information was not shared therefore I didn’t know, also on 30/8 customer service could have told me the right information but didn’t. Left me waiting for my item without information. Never again with this kind of customer service and communication.
