The order was done on August 19, 2023. We have not received the order till now.
During the last 2 months, there was an exchange of emails where you assured us that the order was sent, we contacted DPD who notified us that the order was sent back to your company as they could not deliver it to us. Plus, numerous times I tried to call your company and was promised that your employees would call me back (for example, Manon) but it never happened.
