My order has never been delivered. When contacting customer support of SanitairKamer they declined any responsibility for non delivery. They just referred me to the courrier, but the latter has no actual customer support. The courrier company did not answer my e-mails and when I called them, the only choice was to speak to a robot that was of no help at all. I have received no reimbursement to this day.
