The ordering process went smooth. The delivery time was respected. The product I cannot review it yet, since it is not opened/installed yet. But, the problem is that the delivery person left the package at the door. A shower cabin of 30-40 kg, 2 meters tall, leaning on the wall, in front of the house; definitely was not possible to be moved inside by my wife, who was alone at home at that time. Before she was able to say anything to the driver, he left (ran) so fast that she didn't know what it hit her. Totally unprofessional by the delivery guy. I had the entire kitchen delivered (furniture+appliances) and they put everything inside the house. Also during Corona, also even that they deliver "at the door". I am sure they will say that they followed their business rules, but still, other comanies are doing it better, and in the end this is making the difference between 1 star and 5 stars. If I will ever order again from Sanitairkamer.nl, I will ask before placing the order if they will deliver with the same company. If yes, I will choose another supplier. So the bad review is for the delivery company - PACKS I think they are called, not for Sanitairkamer.nl.
