Terrible service: Initially placed a shower cabin in December 2020 which I received after two months. And then I received a wrong order and it took me several emails and may be 5-6 calls to contact customer service. There was a waiting time of 90 minutes for each call so i wasted lot of time just to contact them. Finally after a lot of struggle, they agreed to pick-up the cabin and refund the amount. Wasted 100 euros for the handyman due to their mistake.
