You mailed us last saturday.
Unfortunally we do not answer mails on saturday and sunday.
We shipped your order within 24-hours as we mailed you this morning. I agree with your bad-review on delivery-time because there is something going wrong with this package but at this moment I cannot find where the faillure is; eigther in our country or in yours or somewhere in between.
I'm very sorry that this issue has give you such a bad feelings about our services.
