Contacted them to make an appointment due to a water leak in the downstairs appartment. They replied, told me they'd give me a call back. I didn't get a call so I called them, the woman answered the phone very unprofessionally, asked me my address then told me she couldn't book an appointment and someone would call me back. I'm still waiting. I hate time wasters. Especially when it's related to a serious issue.
