I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of the dakraam gordijnen which are absolutely spot on. We installed two of those, well over a year ago. Somehow one of them showed a minor problem with the side guides. I contacted the company and without prompting, a complete new one was sent out to us the very next day. Free of charge and still covered under the company’s guarantee.
It is refreshing that the company really offers a ‘no quibble’ guarantee. Absolutely outstanding service.
