We selected ProCare because we are a Dutch-Italian family, and we wanted to be helped by someone who spoke English. We were delighted to be assisted by Chalene in our first eight days with our little daughter. As new parents, we had a lot of questions about pretty much anything, and it was such a relief to know someone would answer them and offer invaluable insights on all aspects related to baby (and mum) care and health, from breastfeeding to changing diapers to baby-proofing our space. Chalene was a real blessing! Kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring, but also an excellent cook (best "pasta alla norma"!) and the best "friend" we could wish for our little daughter. We keep being told we are relaxed parents and our daughter is so relaxed: much of the merit goes to ProCare and Chalene for turning this couple of first-time parents into confident, enthusiastic and even rested team!
