My experience was really excellent. Jessica was very helpful, quick in communicating and everything has been handled professionally. Perfectrent as a whole are very good to deal with, in my experience.

Nothing really. The property I am renting had not been professionally cleaned beforehand, but this was more the fault of the tenant.
