Just got the keys for my studio in Rotterdam after searching for a little over a month. There was a bit of an issue with confirming whether I could come to the viewing, with me trying to reach out both via phone and email with limited success or very delayed response. However, after the viewing, the process was a lot smoother and faster. As my friend went to the viewing for me, afterwards I still had plenty of questions, all of which were kindly answered by Aniek, who also explained all the findings from their last inspection prior to giving me the keys. I would recommend Perfectrent if you are looking for a place in Rotterdam, as all the properties listed on their website seem to be in great condition.

I had issues contacting Perfectrent prior to the viewing, as I tried to call their office multiple times with no answer, and received a template reply for my emails multiple times. I also called Aniek directly and initially she said I was not invited to the viewing, but later on it was rectified in an e-mail. For someone who lived across the country, it was very inconvenient not knowing for sure whether I could come to the viewing or not.
