Appreciate the free utilities signup, paperwork was relatively less compared to other companies. Perfect rent made me feel like an actual expat looking fo an apartment, and not like some sort of dubious person that needs to show all his records and prove himself in order to to get a place where to live.

1) I think you could easily add a "welcome package" to the house (lets say 2 botles of water, a bottle of wine and crackers; or a mini broom and a dustbinplus a keycap (color code for main and apt entrance) just to make that moment even more memorable.
2) You might also want to have a look at cstomer experience and turn his feedback form into a "net promoter score" (Google it) so you guys can understand better how are you performing in terms of mouth-2-mouth; I am sharing this because I had a quite bad experience with Rivarental right before you guys; my colleague recommended them and I was ready for them to tae my money but they just sucked at follow up and threw at me a bunch of requirements.
