The description of the appartement and photos provided a good impression of the state, spaciousness and room arrangement. Communication was friendly, kind and courteous and the appointments on time and emails answered immediately.

The only improvement I suggest is signing the contract when meeting the owner/maintainer for providing the impression of contract safety towards the renter, diminishing uncertainty to a minimum either time wise or regarding the actual negotiation process in case possible.
