Parkcare

Do not reserve a parking place at this company in Troisdorf!!! When you make your reservation you can fill out your flight number. A normal company in this type of business would use this in order to check when customers have arrived. Our plane had an ETA of 22.00 hours and was delayed to 22.35 hrs. As we were informed by the staff of Parkcare we had to call them once we had our Luggage. We have called them directly and they said they were picking us up. In total we called them 6 times and Always heard "we are on our way". At 01.00 hours at night we were finally picked up!!! This means 2.5 hours before we received our car. The driver who picked us up informed us that normally they have only one van. Also when you drop off your car the owner? is rude and totally not customer focused. When we finally picked up our car there were no excuses at all. In principle we should get our money back but I thought it is better to warn others about this totally non customer focused company.
