Firstly thank you for your review.
I can see that you indeed have not received your parcel yet.
This is because GLS tried to deliver your parcel but unfortunately you were not home to receive it. Your package is now delivered at your local parcel center, ready for pickup.
If you check you track & trace you can instantly find where you parcel is and go pick it up.
You also did not contact us about this (We have not received any emails from you) If you had contacted us sooner we would have informed you of this.
I will also send you an email with all the information so you can go pick up your order :)
