Oom offers a unique product and the application process went smoothly. Top grades for that. But then our insurance got only accepted under certain conditions which is apparently part of the way they work, and their good right to do so. Before agreeing to said conditions we posed some follow-up questions which were not answered whatsoever, leaving no room for further communication. We got a very nasty "take it or leave it"-feeling from this. We still took out the insurance because the product offered suits our needs perfectly, but should there have been another option, we would have gone for that immediately. Not for the "accepted under conditions", but for the way our questions were (not) answered.
